Training is not initially bad, but it can be challenging and uncomfortable at first. When we start a new training program, our bodies and minds are not used to the new demands being placed on them, which can lead to soreness, fatigue, and frustration. However, this initial discomfort is a natural part of the adaptation process, and with time and consistency, training can lead to significant improvements in strength, endurance, and overall health. It's important to approach training with patience and a long-term perspective, understanding that the initial challenges are a necessary part of the journey towards improvement. **

No, the universe was not initially still smoke. According to the Big Bang theory, the universe began as a hot, dense, and rapidly expanding state, not as smoke. As the universe expanded and cooled, the first atoms formed and eventually led to the formation of stars, galaxies, and other cosmic structures. The concept of the universe as "still smoke" may be a misunderstanding or misinterpretation of the early stages of the universe's evolution. **

Carl Benz was initially laughed at because his invention, the first automobile, was seen as impractical and unnecessary. People at the time could not envision a world where horse-drawn carriages would be replaced by a machine powered by an internal combustion engine. Additionally, the idea of a self-propelled vehicle seemed absurd and unattainable to many. However, despite the initial ridicule, Benz's invention ultimately revolutionized transportation and paved the way for the modern automobile industry. **

Stretch marks initially appear whitish or silvery because they are a type of scar tissue that forms when the skin is stretched beyond its normal limits, causing the collagen and elastin fibers to break. The whitish color is due to the thinning of the epidermis (the outer layer of the skin) and the visibility of the underlying blood vessels. Over time, the stretch marks may become less noticeable and take on a more skin-toned color as they mature and the blood vessels become less visible. **
