If a person needs to report their roommates for any reason, they should first try to address the issue directly with their roommates. If the issue cannot be resolved through direct communication, they can consider reaching out to their landlord or property manager to discuss the situation and seek assistance. If the issue involves illegal activity or poses a threat to safety, they may need to contact local law enforcement. Blue light has a shorter wavelength and higher energy than other colors of light. This higher energy allows it to scatter more easily in the Earth's atmosphere, which is why the sky appears blue. When it comes to the direction of light, blue light is more easily scattered in all directions, making it seem like it is coming from all around us rather than going out in a specific direction. This is why blue light doesn't appear to go out in a specific direction like other colors of light. **
